管理層不體諒普通職員,小圈子文化!并沒有耐心教導新同事,新人流失快,工作環境氣氛差!每日三更,更表幾乎日日變,唔會一次過俾成個月更表你,只會俾暫時一周更表!

This is a good place to work.My third job is in Zara, this is my first time working in a large international chain. This is a fast fashion clothing brand. The three main tasks of daily work are good communication with the guests, team spirit with colleagues and better display of the company's products.

工作量與薪金不成正比

入職多年員工與新入職員工底薪相同,於早前曾經薪金調整年資長的員工底薪加約4%,但每月佣金減少5%,變相每月所出薪金比之前更少
但工作量更大,因人員流失快

分更 每天有3更 店鋪營業時間較長
所以番晚再番早的話休息時間不足
但員工沒有階級觀念之分
雖然每天人流極多
但時間充實 工作分配良好
員工比較多
工作中學到跟客人溝通投巧
最喜歡這份工作 充實 而且同同事關係良好
