Given that Johnson Electric is and Chinesian company, they have a litle different approach regarding Europian companies. I have learned to work with pupils and students, how to tranfer knowelage, how to approach them, how to evaluate them... I have really great manager at the moment. Workplace culture is more chaotic comparing with FCA, and there is too much improvisation. Most enjoyable part is classes with pupils. Hardest part of job is mentality of people of Niš.
The company is so huge with tens of thousands of employees that makes it so challenging to make a significant contribution should you take a passive stance. It is fun to work in this company with strong management support on it quest for excellence in everything you do.

-A typical day at work is communicating with different colleague from various location of the globe in setting product objective and schedule. Results from the meeting will be used to delegate work to team members. -What I've learned from this job is skill required to be a team leader. -Management are supportive in providing the skills and training for me to be a team leader. -It's a valuable experience in working with colleagues from different regions of the world. -The hardest part of the job is to be on top of the issue at different time zones. -The most enjoyable part of the job is the opportunity to travel to different Tier 1's of the world.
