Management doesn't care staff
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) –  Kowloon Tong, KowloonFebruary 11, 2017
Management doesn't care to build an environment to staff but just unlimted to build adminstration work for protecting themselves and daily chasing and reporting of financial target. Project staff has been forced to perform improper means to achieve the financial progress. Staff has been challenged and investigated for any reasonably performed project good deed for unreasonable and inflexible audit findings. Project manager spends most of the time in daily basis to report the financial and project prospection status details.
Pros
board industrial exploration
Cons
pressure
