Who we hire:


Experienced Hires: Experienced professionals range from people who have one to two years of work experience to those who are senior specialists or experts in their field. We look for professionals at all levels and from all fields.


New Associates: If you have an advanced degree such as an MBA, have two to five years of work experience (or both), you are eligible to apply for a new associate position.


New Analysts: For those who have just graduated from college, university or an advanced degree, we encourage you to learn about our new analyst positions


Interns: If you are currently pursuing a college, university, MBA or other advanced degree, we encourage you to learn about our internship opportunities.

Affinity Networks: Our affinity networks and interest forums are designed to provide all of our people exposure to the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that make up the Goldman Sachs community. Affinity network members can take advantage of a range of opportunities, from networking and career development offerings to learning more about different cultures around the world.


Community Teamworks: Through Community TeamWorks (CTW), our people from offices around the world partner with local nonprofits on team-based volunteer projects. We encourage employees to take a paid day off to focus on this work, contributing their skills and ideas to causes they care about. CTW leverages our culture of teamwork to drive tangible progress in the communities where we work and live.


Analyst Impact Fund: The Analyst Impact Fund provides analysts with the opportunity to collaborate with peers across the firm to make an impact in their communities. Through this competition, teams identify nonprofits that are tackling global challenges and pitch innovative solutions to the firm’s leadership. Winning teams are awarded grants from our philanthropic fund, Goldman Sachs Gives, for the organizations they’re representing. In past years, finalists have presented a variety of creative solutions, from supporting survivors of human trafficking through coding to combatting global homelessness with 3D printing technology.


We have the ability to make a real impact in the world and want to empower our people to collaborate to make a meaningful difference. It doesn’t matter what level you are, everyone’s voice and actions can have an impact.

I miss working at GS. Systems are built to streamline our work. Management team consisted of smart people, they took initiatives to problem solving. They care about the staff workplace safety. payment is excellent.
