Great to have chance to become the committee member of the Bank’s re-branding project. ALso have the opportunity to develop and design the new marketing materials guideline for the Bank. Prepare competitors’ analysis and present to management is a challenging task

Avoid this company at all cost
Officer (Current Employee) –  CentralMarch 24, 2015
Typical day at work is busy and productive and target-oriented.

Management and especially the manager, micro-manage staffs.

Not much of work-life balance, avoid if you have family commitments after work.

Co-workers are alright - for newer staffs. But senior staffs seldom get along with the newer staffs.

Most enjoyable part of the job is achieving my monthly targets - call that a self-fulfillment instead.
Pros
None that I could remember
Cons
Too much overtime
