AECOM, as a large consultant, offers very exciting and challenging projects for employees. However, the work culture is sometimes disorganized, with the management team not caring much about employees versus the clients. The compensation and reward is also not fair and tends to hire outsiders instead of recognizing the employees within for the dedication and hard works.
