Poor management and favoritism

The management team is run by a bunch of amateurs who clearly use favoritism - this seems to be the company's ethos. If you're not "in" with management then you'll be treated with inferiority. You won't get the same perks and benefits as someone who is "in". Sounds amateurish and childish but that's how they like to run things. In the end, you'll just feel frustrated and let down. All the long hours and years of commitment you put in won't be accounted for with no salary raise, irrespective of how long you have worked there for. If you are really lucky, they'll even try to REDUCE your salary - a joke! That's the "reward" you'll receive for working there.
A sham and a soul destroying place to work. They like to exploit their employees. Don't even waste your time filling in the job application. Absolutely. No. Perks. At. All. None.
