Kai Tak Sports Park is a fully integrated sports, leisure and entertainment destination that is expected to be completed in 2024. The 28 hectare park will be part of the redevelopment on the site of the old Hong Kong International Airport in Kai Tak. Kai Tak Sports Park Ltd (KTSPL) has been awarded the contract to undertake this project. ASM Global, through its subsidiary company in Hong Kong, SMG China, has been engaged by KTSPL to be the Operator of Kai Tak Sports Park.

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage goods entering and leaving the warehouse.

Establish and comply with all health and safety standards.

Experience in operating forklift trucks (counterweight type, extension type/pallet stacking type is preferred).

Monitor inventory on shelves and conduct regular stocktakes.

Carry out various inbound and outbound records.

Response for data entry and process of relevant information.

Moving and loading cargo.

Accept the goods and put them on the shelves.

Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience of a similar role in a warehouse environment

Familiar with facilities management software such as Maximo/Planon (Computerized Maintenance Management System);

Familiar with the use of Microsoft 365 applications, like MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint. MS Excel skill includes the use of basic functions, such as VLOOKUP, etc.

Must be detail conscious, accurate and methodical in approach.

Must demonstrate strong team player and be able to work as well as independently.

Calm manner able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities.
