New Accounts Officer

Asia-Pacific Risk

Within Asia-Pacific Risk, Cards & Consumer Assets Lending Unit is responsible for credit approvals including the applications for credit cards and banking credit facilities. We are now inviting individuals to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will:
Ensure effective control over the applications processing lead-time and quality.

Participates in credit decision making and safeguards the Bank from potential credit losses.

Provides support to GSC processing sites by regular visits and acts as a consultant/coordinator to provide solutions to their problems.

Maintain close and positive customer relationship by attending and resolving to customers’ enquiry and problems on credit card/PLC applications.

Contributes to streamline workflows, procedures and system.

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 7 years working experience in which at least 3 years in card operations. Branch operations experience will be an advantage.

Good understanding of Bank related services and retail products.

Strong strategy, analytical and problem solving skills

Good language skills in written and spoken English and Chinese

Sound technical knowledge on HCC application.
