PhoneBanking - BD
PhoneBanking has become an increasingly important channel to serve and grow the Bank's financial services. We are now looking for aggressive and motivated candidates to join our Business Development team to help expand our business and contribute to the total revenue of the Bank.
In this role, you will:
Maximise business opportunities from inbound and outbound calls by providing an excellent level of customer service
Understand customer needs and relate product benefits to enable customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive products and services
Ensure high sales quality and all sales activities conducted are compliant to regulatory requirements and QA standards
Support the bank’s initiatives as and when necessary
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be recognised and well-rewarded based directly on your sales achievements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Post-secondary educated, relevant working experience would be advantageous
Insurance/investment licenses preferred
Ambitious, positive and possess a strong sales mindset
Effective communications and influencing skills
Fluent Cantonese and English, Putonghua is a definite advantage
Willing to work shifts if required; an appropriate shift allowance will be compensated
More experienced candidates would be considered for Senior Business Development Officer and Principal Business Development Officer
